- 90-minute presentation meeting — we walk through the report together and answer your questions.

Week 1 — Data & interviewsWe collect the financial data of recent years and hold 2–4 interviews with you and your key people.

Day 15 from the start — PresentationWe deliver the report and the model and go through them together in a 90-minute meeting, in person or online.

What we need from you
- Balance sheets or tax returns and financial statements for the last 2–3 years.
- Revenue and costs for the current year, in as much detail as exists.
- Access to you and to 1–3 key people for 45–60-minute interviews.
- Whatever already exists in price lists, framework agreements and an organisation chart.
All data is covered by a confidentiality agreement before we collect it.

What if we want to continue into implementation?
We discuss it separately, based on the priorities the diagnosis has brought out. There is no commitment.
How much of my time will it take?
Allow 4–6 hours in total: the interviews, gathering the data and the presentation.
Do you work with clients outside Athens?
Yes. The interviews and the presentation can take place online.
